Hey Folks,
Happy belated St. Valentine’s Day. I was thinking only yesterday that I needed to buy my wife a card because I was vaguely aware this day was coming up sometime or other.
Yes, I post a Daily Journal, meaning I’m pretty much always aware of the day and date, yet somehow “vaguely aware” is my standard. Sigh.

I spent a couple hours just reading selected articles on various newsletters. There are some seriously funny people in this poor nation. I kind of like them, in an admittedly perverted way, because their antics never cease to amaze and entertain me. (grin)

Today is one of those days. Light rain started each time I headed for my outside desk and stopped each time I returned to the house. How does it know?
It will be a chilly day here anyway, with cloud cover, a wind and temps remaining below 50°, so the girls won’t want outside so much. I finally headed out to reopen the Hovel.
Today, and Writing
Rolled out just before 4. I can already tell it’s going to be a slow start today, so I’ll just ease into it and not worry about it.
After breakfast, a shower, and arguing with the weather, around 9 I moved to the Hovel and opened the novel.
10, up to the house for a break, then back to the novel.
A few more breaks, a few more good sessions, and I’m back. That’s more like it. (grin)
