The Journal, Friday, 3/3

Hey Folks,

Getting a slow start on March, but that’s all right. I’m enjoying my reading.

Today I have a full day. If a story idea hits and the mood to write strikes, I’ll start something. If not, I’ll continue reading.

Tomorrow (Saturday) will almost certainly be a reading day. I’d like to attend the self-publishing expo in Tucson, but other non-writing things take priority.

My grandson goes to work at 10 tomorrow and works until 2 unless they keep him longer. I drop him off and pick him up.

While he’s working, I and my wife will head to Sierra Vista to grocery shop and check out a few shops over there. She’ll drive. I’ll read. (grin)

I’m still reading pulp novels and enjoying them thoroughly. And learning a ton of stuff.

And as for the expo, I’m hoping a few writer friends here who plan to attend will take copious notes and share them.

If they pass along something of interest, who knows. Maybe it’ll turn up as a topic in this venue.

I was going to do a topic on Pacing today, but I got involved in the reading and ran out of time.

Today, and Writing

Rolled out just before 4. Read like a fiend pretty much all day.

Back tomorrow.
